00:00 My name is Molly and I have a little potion kitty who I got earlier this year.
00:11 Her name is Maggie and she's the first kite I've had but she's turned out to be an absolute angel
00:17 because she is able to detect my epileptic seizures several hours before they actually
00:24 happen and she has an established behavior pattern that tells me when she first detects them,
00:30 when she's waiting for them to occur and when they've actually happened. Growing up it was a
00:37 normal part of life. I've had it since I was very very young. I was probably about four when it
00:42 first started becoming noticeable. My seizures have never been properly controlled because they
00:51 are what I refer to as drug resistant. Initially I was discussing the options with a couple of
00:59 breeders at the same time but something had me, something was always pulling me back to
01:04 Maggie over the others, over the other breeders. I preferred her over the other options. I think
01:14 maybe it was just an instinct that she was the right one. She was tiny, fit on a laptop keyboard
01:22 no problem and she was very shy initially but she's always been a cuddle bug. She loves having
01:33 cuddles. Not only do I have epilepsy but with numerous other conditions as well, socializing
01:41 is very hard for me. Maggie provides constant companionship every day and at night that I never
01:52 had before and she also has taken it upon herself to help me in ways I never imagined she would.
