00:00 This is a matter of ballot access,
00:02 of being able to have the names of
00:05 eligible candidates to run the presidential primary.
00:08 So I'd ask the US Supreme Court to act quickly and of course,
00:12 of course, do their jobs,
00:14 which is uphold the US Constitution with impartiality.
00:19 United States Supreme Court,
00:22 when issuing a decision,
00:24 would be able to have further reaching
00:28 orders than just Colorado.
00:31 So I don't worry about that scenario
00:34 that one state has a candidate,
00:36 another state doesn't.
00:38 I also think that if that were to play out,
00:41 even if it is unlikely,
00:44 if the Supreme Court does review,
00:46 it would also just move forward.
00:51 The radicals in Colorado who control
00:54 every level of state government to include the court system,
00:58 have created a constitutional crisis
01:00 the likes of which we haven't seen since the Civil War.
01:03 They are literally trying to take
01:05 away people's choices in an election.
01:08 Donald Trump is a qualified candidate for the presidency,
01:11 and he has every right to be voted on,
01:13 and more importantly, all voters have a right
01:16 to choose him if they want.
01:19 We are headed into an era in which the government is deciding
01:25 which candidates are worthy of being voted for or against.
01:29 That's not our system.
01:31 That's against our republic.
01:34 That's against our American values.
01:36 It just goes against very basic democratic principles.
