00:05 Hera was a toddler when it happened to her.

00:07 She came in sort of staggering with her walk

00:10 and just holding her throat because she couldn't really speak anyway.

00:13 She was so little.

00:14 She'd gone a really sort of light blue colour.

00:18 And I did the procedure, which is when you use the heel,

00:22 if you're at the back of your hand,

00:24 and I did the procedure five times.

00:26 Nothing happened.

00:27 And that's when I really felt that surge of adrenaline and panic.

00:30 So I did it again.

00:32 And on the third round, it finally worked

00:35 and she vomited up one of those little glow-in-the-dark stars.

00:39 And it was awful because there was vomit, there was blood

00:42 and there was a star, and I couldn't get my breath.

00:44 I was just sobbing from the relief.

00:46 And she sort of just sort of toddled off.

00:48 But that adrenaline rush was horrific.
