00:00 I was a little surprised that one of the questions was,

00:04 can we have a department taco Tuesday?

00:07 Now, first of all, I don't quite know what that means.

00:09 I'm not sure if I can mandate

00:11 that everyone has tacos on a Tuesday

00:13 or there's some collective cooking.

00:15 But I did observe that myself and my family are keen cooks.

00:19 And we found tacos,

00:21 particularly through the pandemic, were particularly good.

00:23 I'm wearing this purple scarf.

00:26 And one of the reasons I'm wearing it

00:27 is because I was given it as a piece of, dare I say,

00:31 merchandise by the G20 organizers

00:34 for going to the India trip.

00:36 It hasn't been valued yet,

00:38 so I'm not sure if I'm keeping it.

00:39 You can have the red kidney bean and corn with salsa mix

00:44 if you're a vegetarian.

00:46 You can avoid the cheese if you're lactose intolerant.

00:49 And if you're like me and a bit of a carnivore,

00:50 you can grill some chicken, slice it up,

00:53 and have a more fajita-style approach.
