00:03 - Here's Jalen Hurts on the road
00:04 the Eagles have had the last few weeks.
00:06 - I think that is, that's one thing there.
00:09 You know, you're gonna get everybody's best
00:10 every time you play someone,
00:12 especially when you're a good football team
00:14 and you've been able to do the things you've done.
00:16 And, you know, we've had some,
00:20 well, we've definitely been challenged
00:24 and stretched out in a ton of different ways,
00:26 but it's about remaining resilient through it.
00:29 And always respond in the right way,
00:32 whether it's a win or a loss.
00:34 And so, you know, whether it's playing
00:37 in whatever type of conditions
00:38 or whatever traveling circumstances we have,
00:42 being able to overcome that, you know,
00:44 and that's about how you prepare throughout the week
00:45 and how you recover,
00:48 how you do the small things and the little things
00:50 to put yourself in the best position
00:54 to do your job and help the team.
00:55 So that's what it comes down to.
00:59 - I don't think I've ever heard Jalen Hurts
01:00 talk that long, Joe.
01:02 Usually it's like seven or eight seconds and out.
01:04 He actually gave you a lot of meat on the bone there
01:07 from Jalen.
01:08 This has gone to three and a half for the Cowboys now
01:12 and a big fat 52, which I think, Joe,
01:15 they are going to absolutely smoke on Sunday night.
01:19 - Yeah, it's, I mean, the 23 point loss
01:24 by the Eagles last week, I believe,
01:26 was the worst defeat in the Jalen Hurts era, right?
01:31 So they are, this is kind of uncharted territory.
01:33 They've never gotten the snot beat out of them
01:36 like they did last week.
01:38 And there are some reasons for that.
01:39 Obviously there's a lot of injuries there
01:42 on the defensive side, the linebackers, you know,
01:46 we got backups to the backups.
01:48 They're bringing in, you know, Leonard Dare,
01:51 who is not with the Colts for a reason, guys.
01:54 It's not because he's at the top of his game.
01:56 So there are some concerning situations here with the Eagles.
02:01 But having said that, are we really that impressed
02:06 with who Dallas has beaten over the last couple of weeks,
02:08 racking up all these numbers?
02:11 That's a little worrisome because in the Dak Prescott era,
02:14 it's never been a great spot to back
02:17 after they go from playing bully to playing a team
02:20 that's actually above 500 and is playoff quality,
02:24 they don't tend to do all that well here.
02:27 But I, you know, listening to Warren earlier,
02:30 I'm in full agreement that this is not the Eagles team
02:33 from a year ago.
02:34 They start slow and then they enjoy doing this whole
02:39 hair on fire coming back in the second half thing,
02:42 which is not what they did with Stuyken last year.
02:45 So I think Dallas, if you can get it under a field goal,
02:47 two and a half, I think is the number
02:49 with Dallas in the first half.
02:51 I would roll the dice there with Dallas,
02:54 but I am not willing to lay three and a half
02:58 to back them in the full game here.
