00:33 Hello, Ka-RSP! Today, I will teach you how to cook a DIY Taco Sisig with a twist.
00:40 This is not the typical Sisig that you can find in other restaurants.
00:44 Let's start.
00:45 First, we will put the pre-cooked pork that I boiled in salt and pepper, then grilled, then chopped into small pieces.
01:02 As you can see, I did not put oil because the pork is already pre-cooked.
01:06 That's why it will be oiled by the pork.
01:10 Then, I will put the ground liver that I boiled first before I rendered it.
01:25 Then, we will put the Sisig sauce that has vinegar, soy sauce, and liquid seasoning.
01:32 Then, we will put the chopped onions and green chili.
01:53 While we are cooking, we will open a pan to heat up our Sisig plate.
02:00 Then, we will put the taco.
02:04 We will heat it until it becomes soft.
02:18 Then, once it becomes hot, we will put the Sisig.
02:26 After the Sisig is cooked, we will garnish it with julienne cut cucumber, then julienne cut onion rings.
02:48 Then, we will put Japanese Aioli that has a mixture of Japanese mayo and garlic.
02:57 There, our Do-It-Yourself Taco Sisig is now ready.
