Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and with a very smooth sauce. A perfect blend of flavors. Pair it with raspberry jam and mashed potatoes to complete this Swedish menu :)
Ingredients: For the meatballs (40 units): - 500 g ground beef - 250 g ground pork - 1 onion - 1 garlic clove - 100 g breadcrumbs - 1 egg - 5 Tbsp milk (60 ml) - salt - pepper - oil
For the sauce: - 40 g butter - 40 g flour - 300 ml broth (vegetable or meat) - 150 ml fresh cream (or heavy cream) - 2 tsp soy sauce - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
To serve: - mashed potatoes - berry jam
