Ingredients:
Cheesecake :
- 2 cups philadelphia cream cheese
- 1.5 oz icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Carrot cake :
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 pinch of ginger
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 3.5 oz brown sugar
- 6 oz butter
- 11 oz carrots

Frosting :
- 1/2 cup philadelphia cream cheese
- 1.5 oz icing sugar
- 2 Tbsp hot water
