Recipe Snacks
For dessert, we propose an original, indulgent, and of course easy recipe: the sun tart! Filled with vanilla pastry cream and chocolate chips, you will crunch with pleasure for this preparation.
A recipe so simple to make that you can invite the kids to have a "cooking afternoon" with you ;-)
Ingredients:
Vanilla pastry cream:
- 1 cup milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 2 puff pastry sheets
- 2.5 oz chocolate chips
- 1 egg yolk
