00:00 Swansea's waterfront Winterland is a classic inner city, with rides and fires to roast
00:04 marshmallows and all the warming Christmas drinks you can get your hands on. Plus we
00:08 see the return of ice skating at the site, with sessions taking place all throughout
00:12 winter just on the seafront. It's a proper Christmas day out, open now all the way through
00:17 to the 7th of January.
00:19 Cardiff's Winter Wonderland is Wales' flagship winter Christmas experience, with
00:23 the ice rink now being moved to the castle, the whole event is growing every year. The
00:27 Alpine village serving perfect Christmas tipples, to the rides and games, plus of course you
00:31 can get a view of the whole city on their massive ferris wheel just 2 minutes outside
00:35 the city centre. Open now until the 2nd of January.
00:38 And finally, Conwy in North Wales isn't a big city like Swansea and Cardiff, but with
00:42 their Winterfest we'll be taking over the town in just a few weeks, as a torch lit procession
00:46 with lords and ladies and knights, choirs, performers and chestnuts roasting on an open
00:51 fire. The whole town will be uniquely Christmassy, taking place on the 9th of December.
00:55 And that's what we've got going on all around Wales this Christmas.
