00:00 but it was always that I was difficult,
00:01 I was easily distracted, I had no focus.
00:04 It was always pulling out the negatives.
00:08 I think that's completely different now
00:09 for my children at their school
00:11 where they're completely understood.
00:12 But for me, when I was at school,
00:14 it just, it wasn't understood at all.
00:16 It was always that I was, you know,
00:18 naughty or a problem or a challenge.
00:21 That was before high school where everything changed.
00:24 So I was the perfect pupil in infant and junior school.
00:27 It was a small class, I just had one teacher.
00:30 And when I went to high school,
00:31 it felt like suddenly there was thousands of people there.
00:33 I had to move around the school.
00:35 I had no idea where I was going.
00:37 There was always a different teacher in every class
00:39 and different pupils.
00:40 - Scary.
00:41 - Academically, I was great.
00:42 So I think I was a massive frustration for the school
00:44 and for the staff because I was always
00:46 in the intelligent classes.
00:48 I was always in the top sets.
00:50 I'd done really, really well, but I just couldn't focus.
00:52 I couldn't finish the work.
00:53 If I was late for school, I just wouldn't go in.
00:56 And then I just ended up getting myself into trouble.
00:58 And yeah, unfortunately I left school before I was 40.
