00:13 - Yeah, what do you guys got coming up?

00:16 - We're going to New Zealand on Boxing Day, I think.

00:19 Yeah, for a few festivals,

00:20 and then we're home for a bit.

00:22 What about you guys?

00:23 What do you guys got on?

00:24 - Just recording in the new year,

00:25 and then hopefully putting out a new EP or something soon.

00:29 - Have you been listening to any new bands?

00:31 - Have you heard of Glass Babes?

00:34 - Nah.

00:35 - Yeah, I've just been listening to their new EP,

00:38 Mirage, it's actually pretty sick.

00:39 - I remember our first festival together was in,

00:43 was it Monavale?

00:44 - Yeah, it was in the back of Monar.

00:45 - Fish Fest.

00:46 - I used to like rehearse in Lockheed Mitch's garage,

00:50 just up over there,

00:52 with like one of those blue plastic mics

00:55 that the lead's already attached to.

00:57 - Karaoke mics.

00:58 - Pretty bar.

00:59 - I think that was the best festival experience

01:03 I've ever been to,

01:04 and it was just a backyard festival.

01:06 - Should we get out there?

01:07 It's looking pretty fun.

01:08 - Yeah, let's get out there.

01:14 - I'm gonna go grab us some ice lattes.

01:48 when Lewis Capaldi pulled out and you guys got put up?

01:50 - We were actually in Europe,

01:52 and then our manager called us and was like,

01:55 Lewis Capaldi's pulling out,

01:57 would you guys be keen to like fill in?

02:00 And obviously we were like shooting ourselves at first,

02:02 it was pretty scary.

02:03 We ended up playing the set and it was super fun,

02:05 and it was like one of the bigger crowds

02:06 I've ever played to, so.

02:07 - That was sick.

02:08 - Yeah, that was real fun.

02:10 Glad we did that one.

02:11 - So what's the best festival you guys have played?

02:13 - Oh, for me, I reckon it's gotta be Splendour,

02:19 the first year that we played on main stage.

02:22 That was like a surreal, pretty surreal experience.

02:26 - Oh, well, music aside, what else you got on over summer?

02:29 - Dude, you need surfing.
