00:47 Just want to give yourself, the public, an update of an operation that's taken place

00:51 in the city center this morning.

00:52 Police officers have executed a section eight pace warrant, and

00:56 off the back of that,

00:57 we have located a substantial cannabis factory within the city center.

01:01 We've also made an arrest, and

01:03 a male is currently in custody under investigation for drug related offenses.
