00:00 The dream of 16-year-old Lloyda is to have a beautiful smile.

00:05 My teeth are also outstretched and my aunt wants me to get braces.

00:10 In August 2022, Lloyda was accompanied by her cousin to a dentist she met online.

00:17 My cousin accompanied me there and he also adjusted it for me to be able to have a smile.

00:23 But it seems like the dentist only had a smile because within a year, Lloyda's teeth instead of sticking together, they started to fall apart.

00:34 The teeth are starting to hurt.

00:47 When her aunt Teresa accompanied her to the clinic of the dentist she met, this is when her aunt got curious.

01:25 She agreed, but we told her that if she has money,

01:37 That's why they approached the Philippine Dental Association, PGA Neva Ecija.

01:43 They met the dentist who introduced herself, Frances Jana May Javier.

01:56 and also to the PRC if she's a licensed dentist.
