00:00 Hello, I'm Brandon Vivian with General Motors Performance Division.
00:07 We're here in Kissimmee, Florida at the end of the 2005 Hot Rod Power Tour.
00:13 And one of the vehicles that we brought out to show to people is the 2006 Trailblazer
00:18 SS production vehicle that will be available later this summer.
00:22 This vehicle features a Corvette LS2 powertrain with 395 horsepower and 400 foot-pounds of
00:28 torque.
00:29 The horsepower is mated through a heavy-duty four-speed transmission and heavy-duty rear
00:32 axle.
00:33 The vehicle has been performance-tuned on the racetrack, but it also has everyday usability
00:39 for Main Street America.
00:40 The vehicle features 20-inch wheels and tires, a lowered ride, and it's balanced with air
00:45 springs in the rear with auto-load leveling.
00:48 The key exterior features include a monochromatic, very clean appearance with functional grill
00:53 intakes in the front for brake cooling, power steering cooling, and cold air induction.
00:58 On the interior, we feature a performance-tuned seat with SS embroidery, specific SS gauge
01:03 cluster, and steering wheel.
01:06 The Trailblazer SS will be offered in both two-wheel drive and all-wheel drive with stability
01:11 control and traction control standard.
01:14 The SS is the performance sub-brand for Chevrolet, and we are proud to offer and add the Trailblazer
01:20 to that brand.
01:22 We've had a great time on the Power Tour.
01:23 It was exciting getting out with all the folks that have joined us here, and we're glad to
01:28 demonstrate our vehicles.
01:29 If you have any additional questions, please see GM.com for the vehicles we brought here,
01:34 or Chevy.com specifically for the Trailblazer.
