This show-stopping fall treat starts with a boxed pumpkin cake that's soaked in a pumpkin spice latte and decorated with pumpkin-flavored cinnamon rolls and cookies.

the show where we take two cakes that came out of this box

Let's get started.

So today we are gonna be working

with Perfectly Pumpkin Cake.

We're also going to be working with Pumpkin Box Cookies

and Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls.

I laughed my ass off when I found all of this pumpkin stuff.

So I am super excited for this and also very curious.

So let's get started.

So after I baked my cakes,

I baked my cookies and my cinnamon rolls.

Now for the cinnamon rolls,

all I did was follow the instructions on the package.

Before the cookies, I changed it up a little bit.

I wanted to make it so that they would all be different sizes

so I took two portions and created one giant cookie

and then we have the smallest cookie

and then I wanted even smaller cookies

so I cut one portion in half

to create two smaller cookies.

All right, and they've been cooling for like a day now.

I'm curious about these cookies.

So now we're gonna create some frosting for our cake.

First, I'm going to take two 16 ounce packages

of cream cheese and then add them to a bowl.

Then I'm gonna add in 16 ounces of butter.

Now you wanna make sure everything's at room temperature

so it's easy to mix.

And once that's combined,

we're gonna add two cups of powdered sugar.

And once it's done,

we're gonna place it into a Ziploc bag.

So we only have two more things to do.

We're gonna take our cinnamon rolls

and we're gonna cut them in half.

Sometimes when I'm making cakes,

I like to soak the cake in simple syrup

but because we are working with all pumpkin stuff,

I'm gonna soak it in pumpkin spice latte.

I'm gonna take my pumpkin spice latte

and I'm just gonna pour it into a Ziploc bag.

Then I'm gonna cut a little bit of the tip off

just so it'll be easy to pour on top of the cake.

All right, we can start assembling this baby.

Let's do it.

First, I'm gonna cut a hole into our pastry bag

and then I'm gonna add a dot onto our cake stand.

Now I've cut our cakes into three separate layers.

The top layer, I'm gonna save for myself

and the two bottom layers

are what we're gonna use for our cake.

Place our first layer on,

then soak it in some Starbucks.

And then pipe out little dots of our cream cheese frosting

and then add our next layer of cake.

Then we're just gonna repeat the exact same process

until we have all four layers stacked on top.

Now once you're at the final layer,

I'm gonna soak it with our pumpkin spice latte

and then cut into our cake just a little bit

so I know where to place our cookie.

And I'm gonna place another cookie.

Then we're gonna dot the top with some cream cheese frosting.

Add our cinnamon rolls to the bottom.

Place the cinnamon glaze on top of that.
