Dinner Tonight: Grilled Miso-Marinated Filet Mignon

It may seem hard to believe, but you can enjoy steak

The sweet and nutty marinade gives the steak

an amazing flavor.

I want to start by making my marinade.

So I have some green onions,

some light miso paste,

and miso adds protein and vitamins to the marinade.

Some rice vinegar,

soy sauce,

and dark sesame oil.

I like marinating in a zip-top bag

because it makes for easy cleanup.

Now that all of my ingredients are combined,

I'll add my filets to the marinade.

This marinade also works well with flank steak.

I'll let the filets marinate for around 20 minutes
