In the Biblical sense of the word, edification means to build up and strengthen one another – it means to help someone along in their walk with Christ – it means to promote spiritual growth and maturity. Simply put, edification means to help one another become more like Christ.
In Romans 15:2 it says
Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, to build him up.
Stirring each other up during these times to do all to stand Eph. 6:13 and continue to keep our eyes focused on Jesus through the many tests, trial and tribulations.
