00:00 We've had the opportunity to train against Wales, which is great.
00:02 We've got a load of our boys in with Wales, which is fantastic for us as a region.
00:06 We're always super proud when we get players picked for Wales
00:09 and it's a great opportunity to have a combined session.
00:12 So it's been really worthwhile.
00:14 It's been a great benefit to us to train against a team like the Dragons
00:17 and I'm sure they found it beneficial as well.
00:19 So it's great to see the region and the national team working together with us.
00:23 We need 15 on 15 and Wales needed it this week so we were able to help them out.
00:30 The intensity that Wales bring will give us a challenge for when we go to Munster.
00:39 So it's important for both ends, Wales needed it and we needed it.
00:42 We did some set-pieces against each other and then we did some general play,
00:47 which was very, very competitive.
00:48 That's exactly what we needed for the game.
00:51 And they got out to Munster so it was beneficial for both parties.
00:55 We hadn't done any set-piece for three weeks now
00:59 so it was good to get some scrums in against the Dragons.
01:02 Again, really competitive and both sides bought into it.
01:06 It wasn't trying to outdo each other, it was trying to get something from it.
01:11 The biggest learning for us, while we have some of our internationals with Wales,
01:15 is just how quick things move.
01:16 We've got a lot of youngsters training against the national team today,
01:19 a lot of first-time regional appearances going in against Munster this week.
01:23 The opportunity to feel the speed before we get out to Munster is great for us
01:27 because we'll be better for it.
