00:37 I started dyeing my hair when I was 11.
00:42 I just started trying everything out.
00:44 I think it's a key part of my look.

00:50 I started dressing this way when I was about 11 years old.
00:55 It started off with the Harajuku street fashion in Japan.
00:59 After that, I found out about cyberpunk subculture,
01:04 found different aesthetics that I liked,
01:07 and I kind of just put them all together
01:10 into one big work of art.
01:12 I like to have a lot of neon colors
01:15 and things that are very fun.
01:18 I like glitter, I like iridescent things,
01:21 things that glow, LED,
01:24 kind of things that you would wear
01:25 if you were going to a party or a rave,
01:28 'cause I like that aspect of having a good time
01:31 with getting ready in the morning
01:33 and whatever you decide to wear,
01:34 just having it be something that's gonna be fun
01:38 and be entertaining for yourself.
01:41 Most of the stuff that I wear,
01:44 I either make it or I get it from thrift shops.
01:47 So these are some gloves that I made from a pair of socks.
01:52 I'll cut it up, I'll stitch it together,
01:54 I'll use a tube top as a skirt,
01:58 just whatever I have available.
01:59 I think that's the most fun part about it,
02:02 that's the most creative part about it,
02:04 is being able to actually make the things that I wear
02:09 and put myself into it.
02:10 And it leaves room for me to express myself
02:13 and fully communicate with the world
02:16 through my aesthetic and my style.
