Twenty-four people have been arrested by the police after a teenager was beaten up at a petrol station in Bagan Ajam, Penang on Thursday (Oct 19).

North Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Asri Shafie said the suspects aged 16 to 24 were detained for their alleged involvement in the incident.
