00:20 All uniforms, shoes, and other pieces and items of clothing

00:28 that are required by all our security services

00:31 must be manufactured locally by our companies

00:36 and made by our Kenyan young people.

00:40 Let me also underscore that going into the future,

00:47 we will continuously refine and review

00:54 the terms of service of all our officers.

00:57 We just concluded one for our police, prisons, and NYS.

01:02 We will embark on Kenya Forest Service and KWS

01:12 to see how they too can work in an environment
