00:00 Kate, if you can just tell who you are and where we are.

00:03 Hi everyone, I'm David, I'm one of the new landlords at the new inn in Tupton.

00:08 We've been here for five, six weeks now and lots of changes around the place.

00:13 We're really enjoying being here.

00:15 We've got our pool team up and running and doing well already.

00:18 They won their first match in the league last week.

00:21 Our kitchen's almost good to go, ready to start serving food later this month, including

00:26 our Yorkie wraps on a Sunday and our stone baked pizzas during the week as well.

00:33 Live entertainment every other Saturday.

00:35 We've got singers bands all lined up right through until Christmas and New Year.

00:40 We've got discos every week, karaoke, quiz nights as well.

00:43 So if you've not been down to see us since we've reopened, we'd love to see you at the

00:46 new inn in Tupton.

00:48 So one of the things that was really important to us here at the new inn was to provide local

00:52 produce as much as we were able to.

00:54 So we've got these fantastic local gins, whiskeys and rum from White Peak Distillery in Ambergate.

01:02 And if you've not tried them before, they are absolutely fantastic.

01:06 We've got seasoned gin drinkers in here who have told us that the Bakewell pudding gin,

01:11 which we serve with ginger ale, is absolutely one of the best things they've ever tried

01:16 and we certainly agree.

01:17 Our tonics are Chesterfield brand as well, from Global Brands.

01:21 So that's Franklin & Sons, much better than others on the market in my humble opinion.

01:27 And we've got real ales on as well, which we try to source within 25 miles.

01:32 So plenty of great breweries as far up as Sheffield and as far down as Derby to choose

01:38 from.

01:39 So we've got lots going on at the new inn in Tupton in October.

01:43 We've got a local tabletop and board game group that are starting to meet here on a

01:50 Wednesday evening.

01:51 We've got one of the local football teams organising a fundraising car wash in our car

01:55 park.

01:57 That's on Saturday 14th October.

02:00 Rocking Wacoons, who you may well have heard of, a very popular local band are performing

02:05 here on the 14th October.

02:06 And then of course 28th October, it's our big Halloween party.

02:11 So get your fancy dress ready and come on down.
