New landlord takes charge at the Hapton Inn

Popular Burnley pub The Hapton Inn has a new landlord, Lee Wright.

00:04 tenanted pub and I became friends with people that came in there and I was

00:09 noticed that I was making good headway with building the business there and

00:14 they've stood a little bit here with managers and so I was approached would I

00:21 be interested to look after this place. Do you know what it's been absolutely

00:25 amazing for the first week I can't actually believe how good it's been we

00:30 were absolutely packed to the rafters which was surprising because it is still

00:36 a January so it's been amazing actually and the reception from the locals has

00:40 also been great. Basically to build a thriving community pub as well as a busy

00:47 destination pub with a focus on food, entertainment, good beer, Cascades and

00:55 great cocktails and all those sorts of things.
