00:00 So we've had unanimous support from the Cabinet to proceed to the next steps.
00:05 So we are in early stages of negotiation of a long-term lease
00:11 and we will commence the procurement process to get an operational partner to work along with us.
00:18 And it's very important that we get the right people.
00:21 I've also been given approval to look to see what we need to spend to reopen DSA
00:29 given that it's been closed for this period of time.
