There are calls for John Dickinson and Company to move quickly to address the concerns of its workers.
A group of protesters braved the heat on Monday, and held a demonstration outside the company's offices.

These protesters said they work at the company but there are some issues their employer needs

So we've been in negotiations for the past four years.

They downed their work tools and picked up placards.

They said they are running out of patience.

The company is prolonging with the negotiations and the collective bargaining process.

And we want it to be speeded up expeditiously.
