Sweet Bella sells a rage of cupcakes, tray bakes and cookies - all from a shop barely bigger than a cupboard.  Located in Corstorphine in Edinburgh the bakery is just 55cm at its narrowest at the back – about 10cm less than an average baguette.  It was opened in August this year by owner Sarah Bald, 25 - and is getting impressive shares on TikTok.

00:38 So the place is very, very small. I get asked on a daily, "Are you claustrophobic?" and I say,

00:52 "At the moment, no," but ask me that maybe in a few months. But do you know what? I feel like

00:56 we've optimised the space as much as possible. I've even got a little seat. But yeah, it's very,

01:02 very small but we've got everything. We've got all our packaging and stuff behind us and

01:07 everything all here. So we've optimised it as best as we can.

01:20 Normally in the mornings, this desk actually lifts up but when I've got stuff during the day,

01:24 when I've got biscuits and stuff on the desk, I actually have to crawl under. It's the only

01:28 way I can get out of this shop. But apart from that, the desk does lift up.

01:32 What made me want to open my own shop was I did markets. I did a few Christmas markets,

01:44 summer markets and I absolutely loved it. I loved the buzz of it all. I've had my eye actually on

01:49 this place for a wee while and when it opened up, I just couldn't believe it. It just felt

01:53 meant to be. Everyone's so lovely. We've got our friends all in the different shops. I just knew

01:58 I wanted my business here. When this popped up, it couldn't be more perfect.
