00:28 at Wandsworth Prison. Now, what this meant was that on shifts like that, that was so understaffed,
00:35 people were then asked to stay to do double shifts to make up the shortfall. Now, undoubtedly,
00:41 when you have situations like this, things are going to happen, mistakes are going to be made,
00:46 and it is really, really disconcerting that there is now someone on the loose who was able to escape.
