ರಷ್ಯಾ ಕೈಕೈ ಹಿಸುಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕಾರಣ 47 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಬಳಿಕ, ರಷ್ಯಾ ಚಂದ್ರನ ಅಂಗಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಿಸಿದ ಚಂದ್ರ ಅನ್ವೇಷಣಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯಾದ (Russian lunar exploration project) ಲೂನಾ-25 ಬಾಹ್ಯಾಕಾಶ ನೌಕೆ (Luna-25 spacecraft) ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು, ಚಂದ್ರನ ಮೇಲೆ ಪತನಗೊಂಡಿತು.Russia is wringing its hands.
