00:52 This means that there are days when the students can only study at home

00:57 Just like what was done during the pandemic

01:00 And because of the short time, the return of class schedules was also being studied

01:08 Especially since the typhoons are experienced every summer

01:12 And the weather is hot even in the rainy season

01:15 According to the President, the threat of climate change cannot be ignored

01:20 Not only to the students, but also to the teachers and non-teaching personnel

01:25 But the President admitted that this won't be easy

01:29 We don't have a preference. We prefer this or that.

01:32 We will just see what is best for the kids, especially for the children and the teachers

01:40 If this continues, it is possible that this will be implemented at the same time as the Stable Curriculum for the School Year 2024-2025

01:48 The aim of the new curriculum is to increase the score of Filipino students in the international test

01:55 In the key stages, grades 1 to 3, we used to have 7 subjects

02:00 Now we have 5 subjects with a focus on math and reading

02:06 And then our science will be included in grade 4
