Psychologists say kids and teens are struggling more now with their mental health.  Feels of sadness and hopelessness continue among many kids. Studies show social media can add to the pressures kids are already experiencing.  But mental health professionals say there is a main threat to a kid’s happiness and that’s in the actual pursuit of their happiness.
