Developing Raytheon's Hypersonic Attack Cruise Missile

Russia and China may have fielded the first hypersonic boost glide missiles, but the U.S. is looking to beat them to fielding a completely different kind of hypersonic missile technology, using Raytheon's Hypersonic Attack Cruise Missile, or HACM.
