Terence Kelly has been sentenced to 13 years and a half years in jail for kidnapping Cleo Smith in Western Australia's outback and keeping her for 18 days. The 4-year-old was taken from her family's tent at a campsite, about 70 kilometres from Carnarvon, in October 2021.
