China says that it was not the one "who created the crisis in Ukraine" and that it has "not provided weapons to any party in the conflict" in response to criticism by White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby saying that China was not capable of being an impartial mediator between Moscow and Kyiv over the war in Ukraine.
