Hi all, hello again
This time I made Ombre Cake with vanilla buttercream filling & strawberry jam
It tastes good, doesn't make you nauseous
It looks and feels luxurious

This time I tried the buttercream recipe using white butter and mixed with whipping cream powder, it turned out delicious!! sturdy and not bad.. When I put it in the fridge it's even better

Because it uses white butter so the color is white, it's good for mixing other colors

The cake is soft and has a nice color because it uses Sania Wheat Flour which doesn't need to be sifted because the flour is already smooth, makes the dough easy to mix and the results of the cake rise perfectly

For the filling, you can adjust your taste, it can be jam with other flavors

Material:
Sponge cake: (2x 16cm pan)
4 eggs
100gr Sugar
1 tsp Sp
1/2 tsp Vanilla powder / essence
90gr All-purpose flour
10 gr Maizena
80gr Margarine / melted butter

Buttercream:
300gr white butter
80gr Whipped cream powder
100gr Water
150-200gr Condensed sweet
1/2-1 tsp Vanilla powder / essence
