We tried Haemul Samhap in Geobukseon Sanghoe Restaurant in Yeosu, a port city in Korea known for having very fresh seafood. This dish is a combination of three seafood staples: live octopus, abalone, and shrimp cooked in the fat of pork or samgyupsal.
