00:00And then mindset, I guess, since even on days when I'm not optimistic or I actually feel pessimistic, I always try to be hopeful.

00:13So I try to adopt and maintain that mindset of hopefulness.

00:19And the habit is related to that because I always try to be in that frame of mind or that mind space of hoping.

00:30My habit is, well, after a while when I'm feeling low, I don't stay frozen. I move.

00:43Even if it's just a physical movement, because I believe when we move in our mind or in our heart, we don't stay in the same place.

00:57And when we stay in the same place, all the possible futures after that are fixed.

01:05But if we move, we create additional new possibilities.
