Organisers say circumstances of fatal crash are unclear

Motorsport Australia say the circumstance of a fatal crash at the Targa Tasmania car rally are still unclear. It's the fourth death at the event in the past two years, and follows more than 20 recommendations about changes to race routes and reducing speed limits.
