Founder of the Rumah Bonda welfare home, Siti Bainun Ahd Razali was again charged in the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court - this time with mistreating a 13-year-old girl with Down syndrome.
On Aug 20, the 29-year-old woman pleaded not guilty to a charge of neglecting the same victim.
