Tunbridge Wells reacts to new waste collection proposals

Residents in Tunbridge Wells will have to pay more than £50 if they want their garden waste collected.

That's if a new string of rubbish collection proposals get enforced by the town's Borough Council.

Some critics have claimed the scheme could lead to a rise in fly-tipping.
