00:00From banknotes to donations, it's not every day a former bank is transformed into a community charity.
00:06But that's exactly what Triumph of Grace has done.
00:09This building used to be a bank, and this a strong room, which is essentially a vault.
00:15And now it's a sensory room, which is one of the many services this charity offers.
00:20The Christian charity opened two years ago and has continued to grow,
00:24offering support ranging from counselling and spiritual guidance to community activities such as art classes.
00:31I like it very much. I'm not a religious person, I'm an agnostic view, but I come for the art
00:36group
00:37and I've made some good friends here and I don't often get to come.
00:41I come when I'm on annual leave or I've got a day off.
00:43There's friends you've made here and it's very welcoming here.
00:47It's very, very friendly people here, so you feel at home as soon as you come in really, so it's
00:53really nice.
00:54It's very therapeutic. I mean, I suffer with anxiety and mental health issues, so it's very, very useful.
01:01Life is becoming so isolated these days and people don't even know maybe where or what to do.
01:11So having this kind of centre helps you to come out of your closet and bring out the best in
01:20you.
01:20Triumph of Grace is also expanding its reach through its in-house production team,
01:25which gives young people the opportunity to learn video editing skills while building confidence and resilience.
01:31Anytime I come here, I always feel sort of fulfilled in what I'm doing for the community.
01:37So I work with young people. I help the youth, you know, get outside of, sort of, you know,
01:47situations or circumstances where it doesn't seem too favourable for them
01:53and put them on to more pathways that can help them in their careers.
01:59It's become a valued part of the community, with many people finding support, friendship and a sense of belonging,
02:06regardless of their beliefs, in harmony.
