The women's squads for RGC, Dragons, Blues, Scarlets and Ospreys were in action at St Helen's recently to launch the Women's Regional Championship with the fast-paced Super 5s tournament. Wales Women head coach Rowland Phillips will be using the competition as a six-week trial for his autumn series squad selection.
