Easy low carb keto recipe Chiken brest with Avocado, tomato and lettuce
Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil 1 tsp lemon juice ¼ green bell pepper 4 oz chicken breast cut into strips 1/3 cup Romaine lettuce 1/2 cup avocado 3 cherry tomatoes salt and pepper
Preparation
Add oil to a pan over medium heat. Add chicken breast and cook until no longer pink for 4 minutes, add lemon juice green peppers, salt and pepper, stir everything and cover and cook for 4-5 minutes or until peppers are tender. Uncover and serve with avocado and romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
