Blacktown Mayor says some parts of his area at 90 percent first vaccine doses

Western Sydney has been one of the worst affected areas throughout the New South Wales COVID outbreak. Tony Bleasdale is the Mayor of Blacktown City Council and says some parts of his area have now reached 90 percent first dose vaccination rates.
