UN Agency likens Afghanistan situation to Vietnam or Kosovo wars

The UN agency responsible for resettling refugees says the scale of the crisis unfolding in Afghanistan is "vast" and likened it to the humanitarian disasters that followed the Vietnam and Kosovo wars. The UNHCR's regional representative in Canberra, Adrian Edwards, spent five years in Afghanistan and shares his thoughts on the current situation.
