1) Potato /aaloo – 2 (mashed)
2) Gramflour /besan – 100 g
3) Red chilli powder /lal mirch powder – as per taste
4) Salt /namak – as per taste
5) Tumeric powder /haldi powder – ¼ tsp
6) Ginger /adrak – ½ inch piece
7) Green chilli /hari mirch – 1 (finely chopped)
8) Coriander leaves /hara dhaniya – 2 tsp
9) Coriander powder /dhaniya powder – ½ tsp
10) Cornflour – 1 tsp
11) Oil /tel – for frying
