Victoria records 25 new local COVID cases from 32,000 tests

Victoria has recorded 25 new locally acquired cases of COVID-19 as the virus spreads into more parts of Melbourne. 21 of the cases are linked to known outbreaks and 12 were in isolation throughout their infectious period, while 13 were in the community while infectious.
