7) Cardamom powder /eliachi powder – 1 pinch
8) Melon seeds /magaz ke beej – 1 tsp
9) Black pepper /kali mirch powder – 1 pinch
10) Salt /namak – ½ tsp
11) Dry ginger powder /Saunth powder – ½ tsp
