The Water and Sewerage Authority has identified thirty thousand customers for disconnection, over their failure to pay their water rates. And this time around the Authority is not bluffing - in fact, several households in Chaguanas, Barataria and San Juan were disconnected between Wednesday and Thursday. WASA is urging all customers in arrears to update their accounts, or contact the Authority to work out a payment plan or, risk losing much more than their water connection. Rynessa Cutting has more.
