Valrhona Chocolate Soufflé
Serves 6 individual chocolate soufflé
INGREDIENTS
150 g CARAIBE 66% Chocolate
30 g egg yolks
100 g egg whites
40 g sugar
10 g cornstarch
150 g whole milk

Hot chocolate soufflé cakes are forever a huge favorite at our restaurant, and this cake, cooked by Adam Schihab of Vanille Group in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, was no exception. The Valrhona Chocolate Soufflé is the favorite of the richly delicious French dessert.
